I was fortunate enough to see the London premier of a new documentary (Running to the Limits) examining the progress of 3 very different aspiring international marathon runners. It is a fabulous portrait and an inspirational documentary of what is possible when an ordinary man (overweight, heavy drinker & smoker) makes a personal and life changing commitment to see if he can make it as an international distance runner. At times funny and sad it is a triumph for what is possible when we truly apply ourselves. This is a must see and is being shown on UK TV Channel 4 the second week in DEC 09. (Global distribution to follow)
