Free diving is not a sport to be taken lightly. death is common and it’s participants walk a narrow path between fulfilling their dreams and meeting the almighty. William Trubridge is the unassisted world record holder with a depth of 288 feet. A man able to hold his breath for more than 5 minutes and who when not training in the water goes running holding his breath!
