Part of the phosphate creatine video series. Rebecca Romero was one of the stories of the bejing olypics as she won gold having medaled in rowing at the previous olympics. This video is interesting firstly as she describes her racing but also as it was filmed in April before the olympics. So we know the outcome but she doesnt. Makes the interview all the more compelling.
