Just Like It’s My First Time in Bacolod
Bacolod may have been more popular these days because of it being a venue to international football games. To culture vultures, it’s the Masskara festival that brings them to the city. For me, it’s a favorite vacation spot ever since my aunt settled there in the ’90s. I like their spacious roads and the city’s laidback and warm vibe. The Ilonggos have this mellow way of speaking that I am fond of.
