Cycling across Canada was a 6882 km journey on bike from Vancouver to Halifax by 2 young Danish riders. They have captured the magic of their journey is this video montage. they are using Bob Yak trailers which I thoroughly recommend rather than more traditional pannier setup.

Any city looking to promote cycling should watch this fab video. It is a promotional video made by Mikael Colville-Andersen for the City of Copenhagen. For those who don’t know Copenhagen is the world’s bike riding capital where a staggering 500,000 people choose the bicycle for transport each day. Thats 36% of the population.

London’s 2012 Olympic cycling velodrome is taking shape. This video shows an interview with GB track cyclist Jamie Staff and some really cool time lapse photography of the velodrome taking shape. they are aiming for it to be the fastest track ever built so fingers crossed we will see another clutch of British gold medals and some world records to go with them. Bring it on!
